Lily's collar was founded after last year our dog got into an accident on a dark winter evening. 

Our home street had poor lightning and we tend to let our dog roam free while on walks, so Lily went on chasing a squirrel in the dark and found herself on middle of street while at the same time car was approaching.

Of course due to it being winter evening and poor lightning, driver had no chance to see a little dog and ran over the tail of our precious Lily.

And we got this crazy brainstorm and found out about this certain manufacturer with quality LED collars!
